Choosing Starting Colony

Is it possible to choose the starting colony or move somewhere else?
I want to start with a grouup of people together in the same area.
If not possible we will have to create accounts until we are grouped together.

New player don‘t see the colony selction screen, because they don’t know the game.
Once you created an account, you will see the Colony selection if you want to join a game world.

It is also possible to move your home colony. Just set transmitters to the colony you want to move and you will be able to move your habitat.

Please clarify?
A bunch of friends want to start at the next server opening, to ensure we start at same place are you saying all we need to do is login before server start for example, start a game, which would then give us 'choice' options when the new server drops?

Hi,

completely new players does not see the colony choosing screen, because they even don't know about the game.
Once you have an account and a server starts, you will see the colony choosing screen.
So if you have friends who would like to start into a fresh round, they should better start now and create an account.
Once a new round starts, they will see the colony selection screen.
Starting Colonys are Armstrong, Einstein, Gagarin and Newton.
